We believe the management of the oil mill is a collective responsibility towards consumers. Passion alone is not enough, it takes study and perseverance to obtain a high quality oil and to offer excellent service. Being an oil miller means being respectful of the territory and its benevolent nature. The first link in the production chain is the awareness of being the custodians of the traditions and values of an entire community.

Your olives are worth!

Ours was one of the first oil mills that on behalf of third parties crushed customers’ olives as soon as they were deposited. No storage. You can come to us with baskets, trucks full of your precious harvest, unload them, wait directly for your oil to come out, go home and taste it. It is a way of respecting people, nature and the precious olive nectar.

WHY US?

KNEADING: at a temperature of 24 ° -28 ° according to the strict DOP Terre di Siena procedural guideline.

MACHINES USED: Superdecanter Euro X15. It is an innovative system allowing less heating and increasing the level of polyphenols, thus preserving the product longer.

RESULT: We deliver an oil of very low acidity and very low peroxide values. This way the oil is protected from oxidation and aging phenomena.
